Payment Questions


1. Do you accept Paypal on-line payments?

We currently accept PayPal online payments through our checkout located Here

2. What are your payment terms for the item I won on eBay?

  1. The auction must be payed within 10 days of the close of the auction.
  2. We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Personal and Business Checks ONLY. We do not currently participate in the Ebay on-line escrow program. We do accept credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard & Discovery) over the telephone. Our PayPal account is sales@pmibiz.com

3. I bid on the wrong item, or for some other reason, will not be able to pay for the item I won. What do I do?

Ebay has a non-paying bidder policy, but the procedure is primarily intended for those bidders who never intended to pay for their item. We have our own procedure when circumstances arise that do not warrant an official Ebay report. We feel it is fair to both seller and bidder.

In order to mitigate any further actions with Ebay against you, we reserve the right to ask you to remit a restocking fee depending on the value of the item you bid on. The fee will help us keep prices low in the future.

4. Can I pay for my item over the telephone?

We do accept credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard & Discovery) over the telephone.

Product Questions


1. Does this item come with a case/manual/accessories?

Please consult the item description and the pictures.  If any accessories are pictured or mentioned in the description, then it is included.

2. Is the picture on the auction of the actual item?

In 99.9% of all auctions, we take a picture of the actual item you will receive. The item description will note otherwise.

3. How do you rate the condition of the items?

Because of the wide variety of items that we auction, it is very difficult to standardize item conditions.  Each auction will contain a short description of the condition. Thanks for your help.

Shipping and Returns


1. Return Policy

When you purchase a product from Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry, your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will do our best to work out a solution that is fair for both parties. Please call M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and speak to our Returns Department regarding returns. Here are some general guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

Merchandise purchased from Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry may be returned within 10 days for a refund (excluding shipping charges). You must first contact us via email. Are goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We are flexible and encourage you to communicate your concerns to us as soon as possible.

2. How are my shipping charges calculated?

All shipping prices are quoted based on shipping through UPS and handling, however small packages (under 5 pounds) can be sent through USPS. Please note that shipping charges stated in the auction are for either UPS or USPS and are non negotiable. Please contact us if you would like for your item to be shipped USPS.

3. If I buy more than one item, do I have to pay two shipping charges?

No. You will be asked to pay a combined shipping charge for the items. Please call 1-800-828-7296 with the item numbers for a combined shipping charge.  Please contact us for more information.

4. Can you ship my package via US Postal Service?

Yes.  Please note however that the US Postal Service is not well integrated into our system.  This could cause a slight delay in shipping times.  We prefer to ship larger packages with UPS however. Please contact us about shipping USPS. We do not ship items that weigh over 5 pounds through USPS.

5. Do you ship Internationally?

We are currently in the process of revising our international shipping policy.  Please contact us before bidding.  Se habla español.

6. Can I pick the item up and save shipping charges?

You are welcome to stop by our Internet Sales Department to pick up your item.  Please call 1-800-828-7296. For Saturday pickups you must have an appointment scheduled.

7. Is shipping included in the final bid price?

No.  The shipping amount must be paid in addition to the closing price of the auction.

Auction Policy Questions


1. Will Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry provide me with positive feedback following a successful transaction?

Due to EbayÕs recent changes in feedback policy, we will wait until after the winning bidder gives feedback to offer ours.

Please allow us a chance to correct issues that you may have with your items before giving negative feedback. We are dedicated to making sure all of our customers are satisfied with their experience bidding with us.

2. Can I buy the product while the auction is still in progress?

Unless the auction is listed with the option to "buy it now" or a related eBay option, we can not close the auction early and sell the item.

3. Can you end the auction early for me?

We do not end our auctions early unless there has been an error that we must correct.

4. What if I am the high bidder and the item didn't meet the reserve?

If the auction has ended, you are under no obligation to buy. If the auction has not ended, please call 1-800-828-7296 for the reserve price.

5. Who is responsible for technical issues regarding eBay?

1. What is Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry Co.? (Why are you selling these items?)

Local to San Antonio, Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry has 12 Retail and Pawn Stores throughout the metropolitan and outlying areas. The items we sell include wholesale goods, collaterals on loans, estate jewelry/property purchases, and much more.  Among these items, we search our stores for the most interesting, rare, and often unusual high quality items to list in our eBay auctions.

2. Do you take trades for eBay items?

Yes, we do take trade-ins, provided that you are the winner of the auction. We will work with you on an acceptable price for your items and you will pay any difference in the negotiated price using one of our accepted payment methods. We can only estimate a trade-in value over the phone, and the final quote will not be given until we receive the items. We reserve the right to refuse any trade-in at any time.
