If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item:

• Contact us immediately at 1-800-828-7296 within 10 days of receiving the item.  
• Please have your EBAY item ID available if it concerns an EBAY sale or your product ID/order ID if it is a web sale.
• Because of the difficulty in completely and accurately describing the condition and appearance of some of our items, a customer might be dissatisfied with a particular aspect of the product.  In these cases, we are extremely flexible and  willing to work out a reconditioning/repair of the item to a suitable degree.
• Include the Item ID/ Product ID with the repackaged item and ship to:

• Please allow us 10 days after receipt of the item to accurately process the return and refund your money.  If we have not contacted you at this time, please contact by phone at 1-800-828-7296.

Upon shipping each item, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and shipping location information. Currently we can only provide this service to packages sent through UPS.  Please send us a message on the contact page (direct message to ebay sales or web sales), including your name as you provided to us for shipping, the ebay Item ID or Web Order Number, and an accurate email address in case you have not received this notification.  Requests are always answered promptly during normal business hours.

We ship UPS.  Please call before purchasing if outside of the continental US.
